What is the data that we collect from you?
- Your Name, Date of birth, Age band, Email ID, Mobile Number, address, State, Pin code
- Employment status, Income range, Investment preferences, and risk indicators
- Portfolio holdings metadata (non‑custodial, read‑only), transaction metadata (timestamps, symbols, quantities — not credentials)
- Broker name, broker connection status (OAuth / token based)
- Device data (IP address, device type, OS, browser)
- Usage & behavioural data (clicks, time spent, actions taken)
- Any other Broker & Third‑Party Data Sources
How is the personal data utilised by our company?
- To raise an invoice or send the invoice, your name, address, State, pin-code, email/mobile number, is used.
- The email/mobile phone number is used to provide you with a nudge for an investment opportunity, buy/sell of existing assets, or any other action that you may need to do. It is also used to communicate important messages to you.
- The data received via broker integrations (read‑only portfolio, orders, positions), CAS uploads or broker statements, google analytics, are all utilised for risk-profiling, portfolio re-alignments, behavioural tracking, goal-based investments, analytics, scoring, monitoring, alerts, research prioritization, and the like.
- We use third party payment gateway to process your payments. All the necessary security, legality, and the confidentiality about your account number, credit card number, UPI ID, etc, is being maintained by our service partners.
AI/Algorithmic Processing Disclosure
- User data may be processed by rule‑based systems and AI models for scoring, monitoring, alerts, and research prioritization
- No automated trade execution occurs without user action or broker‑hosted approval.
Data Retention & Deletion
- The data collected from the clients is used for the purpose as specified above.
- Data will be retained (active/inactive accounts) only for the period as is necessary for the defined purpose, and/or to comply with the laws and regulations like (SEBI, Company Law, Tax regulations, etc.)
- In case the client requests for the deletion of the personal data, it shall be done within a reasonable time, subject to the information that is necessary for the purpose of compliance of any laws in the country.
- Data will be purged or erased as per Infosec policy and NIST standards after the purpose is met and retention period is over.
- The company follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (as amended from time to time), in letter and spirit.
Cross‑Border Processing
- The cloud infrastructure or analytics providers may process data outside India which will be in compliance with The DPDP Act.
- The Data Transfer Agreement with the Cloud Service Provider vendor with all relevant controls is implemented in compliance with the DPDP Act.
